Your images

memedit edits images on your device. This website does not receive your photos, canvas contents, or exported images. Saving or sharing an image uses the destination you choose.

When you contact support

We collect the name, email address, subject, and message you submit, together with the time of your request. We store this information in our database and send an email notification to our support inbox to answer your request and investigate problems. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Website operation

The website uses an essential session cookie to protect the support form and display confirmation messages. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the service.

Service providers

Fly.io provides website hosting, and Google Gmail processes support notification emails. The configured PostgreSQL provider stores support requests. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Retention and your requests

Support information is used to handle your request and related follow-up. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your support information using the support form. Include the email address used for the original request so we can verify it.
